MIDHAT AJANOVIĆ – AJAN, Sweden
Midhat Ajanovic Ajan is an author and film maker bornin Sarajevo (Bosnia) in 1959. He studied journalism in Sarajevo and filmanimation in Zagreb (Croatia). Between 1984 and 1992 he directed seven animatedshort films. Since 1994 he is living in Gothenburg (Sweden) where he obtained a degree ofDoctor of Philosophy in Film Studies. He teaches animation at various Swedish film schools and writes regularly aboutfilm and animation.He has published many books in various genres and in several languages. Some ofhis books deal with history and theory of animated film. His most recent booksare Den rörliga skämtteckningen (Optimal Press, Gothenburg 2009) in Swedish,Karikatura i pokret (Hrvatski filmski savez, Zagreb 2008) in Croatian andAnimazione e relismo (Animation and Realism”, Cuem, Milan, 2006) in Italian.He worked as the organiser and artistic director ofthe festivals in Podgorica (Montenegro), Zagreb (Croatia) and Eksjö (Sweden)and was the member of many internationally juries.He also did some work in thefield of literature, journalism and newspaper’s cartoons. For his work, he gotvarious rewards at significant festivals and exhibition world-wide.At the WorldFestival of Animated Film - Animafest Zagreb 2010 he was awarded with Award forSpecial Contribution to Animation Research.

ANA VON REBEUR, Argentina
Ana von Rebeur is  a cartoonist and journalist, authorof more than 30 books published in all Latin American countries and Spain. She  works in radio and television and is the author of comediesfor theatre.  Ms. von Rebeur is a member of Cartooning for Peace,Cartoonist´s  Rights  Network and she is  president of theArgentinian branch of  the Federation of Cartooning Organizations(FECO).  The recipient of twelve international cartoon  awards she also has juried many international cartoon contests and festivals inBrazil,  China, Bosnia, etc. Ms. von Rebeur lives in Argentina.

RUDY GHEYSENS, Belgium
Rudy Gheysens was born in 1946 in Oudenaarde,Belgium. He attend course of secondary teacher training – plastic arts - inGhent. He is the founder and chairman of the “EUROPEAN CARTOON CONTEST”, aworldwide known biennale cartoon contest that’s held since 1978 in Kruishoutem(Belgium).  Since 1994 he is president ofthe society “EURO-KARTOENALE”.In 2005 he founded the EUROPEANCARTOON CENTER (ECC) in Kruishoutem-Belgium. The ECC wants to promote thecartoon and caricature as being a present day form of art. With differentexhibitions and cartoon activities it promotes contacts between cartoonists ofall over the world. In June 2007 Rudy’s dream came through with theinauguration of a brand new building to house the European Cartoon Centre.He was member of jury on manycartoons’ festivals and contests in many countries, such as:AZERBAIJAN / Baku; BELGIUM / Alter, Antwerp, Beringen, Bokut, Harlbek, Ghent, Kapalen,Knock-Hest; BULGARIA / Ruse; CHINA / Beijing, Gijang; GREECE / Athens; ISRAEL / Haifa; POLAND / Satiricon, Warsaw; RUSSIA / Surgut; SERBIA / Zemun; TURKEY / Bursa.He has organizedmany cartoons’ exhibitions in different countries: Argentina,Belgium, Italy, France, England, China, Bulgaria, Ukraine and others.

Mr. Leng Mu, a well- known cartoonist from China. Heis a professional  cartoon teacher. Hewas born on Nov 8, 1966. He began his create cartoon in the Nanjing Instituteof Arts in 1988. till now, he has published over 8,000 humorous paintings andcartoons in important newspapers and magazines.
